Hello,

After following all of the steps, I'm stuck.

When I fill out the contact form, I no longer get the Message Sent nor is it showing any "Please wait..." with the gif. Can't figure out what's causing this. I'll upload my files. This is a brain-scratcher...

Try looking at the browser's debug bar (like FireBug in FireFox). Does it show an error?

Also, try removing the UpdatePanel and its template wrapper. Do you get an error then?

After removing the UpdatePanel and Template, then erased the AssociatedPanel, I get this error when sending in contact form:

That's a pretty obvious error, no? Or do you really want me to ask "And is the error message correct? Does the file indeed not exist? If not, you need to create it. Also, make sure you check the spelling"?

That's the thing, The file does exist, in the proper place, and is named correctly. If that's the case, then what's the problem?

Maybe it exists, but it sure isn't in the proper place. Just look at your App_Data folder. Is it really called App_Data?

The easiest way to test out stuff like this is to copy the path from the error and paste it in File Explorer in Windows. You'll see you get an error instead of the file being opened which should lead you to to the error and its solution.

Thank you, I found the issue, it's my dyslexia. I appreciate the help. Trying to do all this without instruction from my professor. Currently in break of school and decided to get a head start on our assignments.

Now I'm able to get Message Sent, but I'm not getting the Please Wait Loading icon. I'm trying to compare mine with the Source version and they look to be identical, but still not showing the loading. Any ideas what may be the cause of the problem?

Could it be the cache? Did you try reloading the browser using Ctrl+F5?

I tried clearing the cache again using Ctrl + F5 and still not getting the Please Wait logo. Everything I've tried has returned zero results.
