Default No App_Code folder

I was doing the instructions on page 221 of your book, where it says to add a new file to the App_Code folder. Much to my chagrin, I noticed that my VS project didn't have an App_Code folder. So I just added it manually. Is it okay to do that or will it cause VS to barf up later on? Why the App_Code folder wasn't added when I first created the site, is beyond me. But it wasn't there.

Really? Wow....

See page 180 and further; looks like you missed a few steps.

because it's an empty site, so you need to add it manually through the solution explorer.
