I just started reading this book. I followed the instructions to create a new web forms website. When I do, only Web.config shows up under the website in Solution Explorer. The books says that a number of files should show up. Has anyone run into this problem?

Which page are you talking about? Depending on the exercise you're doing, you may be getting exactly the right thing.
