Default Advice on advanced book

I am about to complete reading Beginning ASP.NET 4.5. Followed book exercises to build site, which is really useful. Its a good book, enjoyed so far, thank you.

Thinking next steps to improve skills in this area. Do you recommend a advanced book about ASP.Net, easy to follow like this one?

Thank you.

Hi there,

You can take a look at the Professional ASP.NET 4.5 book. It's less step by step, but has a lot (as in *a lot*) of information on ASP.NET. Not just web forms, but MVC and other technologies as well.

You could also browse Amazon, search for ASP.NET 4,5 books and read the reviews. That's my preferred method of picking out my next book ;-)

Cheers,

Imar
