Default Chapter 16 Access denied

Hi,
I've been trying to work out why I cannot access WSAT.
The paths to the files are:

C:\Program Files\IIS Express

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\ASP. NETWebAdminFiles

C:\Users\Oksana\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\WebSites\WebSite1

The URL I'm trying to navigate to:
http://localhost:8080/asp.netwebadmi...plicationUrl=/

The error is
Access is denied.

Description: An error occurred while accessing the resources required to serve this request. The server may not be configured for access to the requested URL.

Error message 401.2.: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration. Verify that you have permission to view this directory or page based on the credentials you supplied and the authentication methods enabled on the Web server. Contact the Web server's administrator for additional assistance.

Would be grateful for any help.
Thanks.

Did you try moving your site out of your Documents folder as suggested at the beginning of the book?

Also, did you use the same port number to start up IIS Express?

Ok, I've managed to get further (I think there were some extra spaces in my commands above) and into WSAT, but when I click "Create or Manage Roles" I get this:
An error was encountered. Please return to the previous page and try again.

The following message may help in diagnosing the problem: Attribute not recognized 'enabled' (C:\BegASPNET\Website1\web.config line 66) at System.Web.Administration.WebAdminPage.CallWebAdmi nHelperMethod(Boolean isMembership, String methodName, Object[] parameters, Type[] paramTypes) at ASP.security_roles_manageallroles_aspx.BindGrid() at ASP.security_roles_manageallroles_aspx.Page_Load() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

Thanks.

Can you post the code for the site's web.config file?
