Yes, it sounds like there's something wrong with the certificate of the server you're using. Maybe Google knows more?

I do this exercise by hotmail and I get this error.
What i must to do.
Do you now another server that has'nt this problems??

What error exactly? Several have been mentioned in this thread.
If you host your site externally, your host often provides a mail server.

I mean when you host your site at an external, commercial hosting party, and not from your home server or development machine.
