RE: Beginning ASP.NET 4 in C# and

On page 202, item 1,the text says, "Select the correct programming language, click the Web Form, name the page Default.aspx, and then, at the bottom of the dialog box, select the check boxes for Place Code in Separate File and Select Master Page, as shown in Figure 6-3."
Two questions:
1. My version (Professional 2010) of Visual Studio doesn't display check boxes for "Place Code in Separate File" and "Select Master Page". Is that a version difference or do I have something setup incorrectly.
2. Should the selection be "Web Form using Master Page" instead of just choosing a Web Form? I couldn't find a way to associate the master page and the Default.aspx using just the Web Form.
