Determine the account used by your web server. Refer to Chapter 19 for precise details on how to do this

In terms of my overall book use, I have come here from the onward reference to chapter 18 and Appendix B, on page 357 of the 3.5 book, but am also now using the 4.0 book as I bought it yesterday.
I have searched through chapter 19, and am having difficulty pinning down the "precise details of how to do this". I have been quite actively using SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Configuration Manager following through instructions in Ch18(3.5) or Ch19(4.0), but I do not consciously know what account the web server is using. I am using Windows Authentication for now.
I did notice a few minutes ago, when I was doing one of the steps, that the database I have created, away from VWD (directly in SSMS), is sitting in MSSQLSERVER, and not SQLEXPRESS. I hope I would be correct in assuming that I therefore just put MSSQLSERVER, instead of SQLEXPRESS, whenever I come across a reference in your books (3.5/4.0) to the latter; if there are other implications that you feel are worthy of mention, please do tell me.
With thanks in anticipation.
Best regards
Philip
