Default Increase Tooltip time

How can I increase the time a tooltip shows up (when the mouse is not move).

Hi Alex,

If you mean the tooltip that the browser displays for the title attribute: you can't. This is controlled by the browser. You can, however, implement your own tooltips using JavaScript and CSS. Here's a nice list of some of the many available solutions.
