Default Website vs Project problem

My website keep asking me to save file as .sln. I started my project as a website for some reason it as me to save as a .sln. I uninstalled vs 2010 thinking it would help. I started a new website but, it also request to save as a UTF_8 solution file[*.sln]. What can I do to stop the website from converting to what I assume a project.

Hi there,

That's not so strange, and not a problem. To enbale you to open an existing web site using - for example - the VS Start Page, Visual Studio 2010 saves an .sln file. Just go ahead and save it somewhere in a some folder. You can still open the site as usually, but also through the .sln file. Additionally, you could now add other projects, such as Class Libraries, to the same solution.

Cheers,

Imar

Hi there,

Please start a new thread for a new topic. Since this is about Flash, not ASP.NET, you're better off posting in one of the HTML forums (ttp://p2p.wrox.com/html-448/) or the Flash forum.

Cheers,

Imar
