This is the first time I've created a dataset and when I create it in the App_Folder and then try to browse the default page which uses the dataset I get "'Public Sub New()' has multiple definitions with identical signatures"

The site uses the same access database for a few lists and grids, is that a problem?

I did a test site that only uses the dataset and it compiled OK.

If you post there, please provide more information about the actual folder (there's no such thing as an App_Folder) and the type of site (Web Site Project or Web Application Project) you're using.
