Hi Imar, I start to read your book and I enjoy it. I have a wish i never saw it in any book till now, which is : I like to see a reference section kind of cheat sheet that summarizes in general the things used in your book, for example GENERAL syntax, general rules, simple or complex loops, conversions from type to type ,...etc .
That would give the book an immense knowledge at a quicker time when the reader needs to refresh his memories.
I suggest that the reference (or syntax section) will also includes , an example, a short explanation on where it could be used(which page) , and how it could be retrieved(for example:cookies,session variable) if it is applicable.More elaboration on what I mentioned will also be great.
