Skin

hi sir,
sir on page 271 you told us to go in text editor and in the Extension box type skin and then from the Editor drop-down list choose User Control
Editor. And this well activate intellisense in our skin files.

My question is that by doing this work what is the background phenomenon that
occurs and activate the intellisense? What is the relation between skin and user control?
And another question is that what is meant by build providers?

Visual Studio works with different type of editors that are triggered based on the file type / extension (e.g. for HTML, ASPX / ASCX, CSS, HTML etc.) By associating skin files with the User Control editor, you get all the behavior from the UC editor for Skin files.
