I was hopimg you would find a reason in that report, why I am having the problems.

I cannot delete any sql 2012 because I do not have the right sp on my 2008r sql.
But I have sp 3 on the 2008r sql.

Not sure what you mean, or why these are related.

I would contact Microsoft; SQL Server is a fully supported product.
