I noticed that NewPhotoAlbum.aspx and ManagePhotoAlbum.aspx are created in the root directory.

Would it be good design to move these 2 pages to a PhotoAlbum folder? I was thinking that a user might want to create a role that would give only users that have been assigned to this role access to the Photo functionality.
