I want know, when I create New database in visual studio 2010 all things gonna be right and If I want add new table in same connection also any things gonna be right...

but in visual studio 2012 (4.5) I create new database and when I save new table It's not like that in VS 2010 (.Net 4)
I don't know what is problem

What do you mean with " It's not like that in VS 2010 (.Net 4)"? Maybe you don't see the database in Management Studio because it's using a LocalDB instance instead of a SqlExpress instance? What does your connection string look like?

I find how can I save the table in visual studio2012
I should press on update button.. but in VS2010 when I press Ctrl+s a dialog box popup to gives name to this table.
In VS2012 when press Ctrl+s to save table ,the window open for you and if you save table It will save like script file..

I am still not entirely sure, but it sounds like in one case you're editing a table directly, and in the other case using the data tools. In the latter case, try running the script (there should be a Play button) which will send the script to the database to create the table. Pressing Ctrl+S just saves the script as a text file on your machine.
