Default Excel XP Gremlins

I have an excel workbook that I have been using for over 1 year and contained about 50 sheets of Insurance Data. To my surprise I opened the workbook and the book has 3 sheets. On Sheet 1 cell 1A contains "ExternalData_1" and nothing else. I tried to find the data but I hit a stonewall at http://webmail.aol.com/msgview.adp?f...&uild=10218493.

I may be at the wrong spot to ask this question, but I have been awake 2 straight days worrying like all hexx. I could not replace this file. Please,Please through me a life line. My name is George Smith Email: [email protected]
