Hi,

I am running the setup.exe to install the bid database and cannot get it to work.
Has anybody else had trouble installing the data, etc, etc..

The error I get in the setup.log file is

18/01/2004 20:41:38: : Configuration started
18/01/2004 20:41:38: [Pass] : Virtual root deleted: bid
18/01/2004 20:41:38: [Pass] : Virtual root added at bid
18/01/2004 20:41:38: [Fail] : Failure installing database 'bid' : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello,

I am having the exact same problem.

Seems as though it cannot create the Bid database in SQL.

I am using SQL 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
