And I don't see any links to download the code.

Alex: I apologize for the delay on this code. William the author got the code in on schedule last month and someone here just missed it. It should be posted within a couple of days.

The code is now available in the right place on the code download page both as a complete zip of the whole book code and chapter by chapter. I'm removing it from my previous post in the forum so we don't have to maintain it 2 places if there are updates.
