Default class="x" to input control in Sell page doen't work?

Hello!

How come when I add the class="xxxx" and I add the .xxxx in the stylesheet it does not work?

There's a limit to the styling that you can apply to form fields. What is your style definition for class xxxx?

check type of css, syntax in it,is any other control or code is not overriding that style,if linking css than run page in browser,view source and open css link highlighted
