Default New Printing

Hi All:

Wrox just finished doing another print run of my book and it's available now. There were several printing errors and typos in the first edition and these have been corrected.

You can find the errata page used for the corrections elsewhere on this site, so there's no reason to "re-buy" the book. I'm just writing this here because there were some early threads that mentioned typos...
