Default Most hard so far to understand- The RSA Algorithm?

I just cannot understand the explanation given under-
PKCS #1 V1.5 Padding, especially OAEP Padding and Wrapping RSA Keys.

Can you let us know the purpose of Wrapping RSA Keys?

Key wrapping provides a mechanism for protecting a key cryptographically. A typical example of this would use a password based encryption key to protect a much larger RSA key.
