Default Any gui tool same like GPG?

I know if i create a keypair in gpg, it is PGP compatible. And it produces PGP certificate.

Do you know any such similar tool which produces X.509 certificates and key pairs?

I've found out working with GUI tools is very easy.

This is a little of topic for this forum, but you could try Keytool IUI.
