Default print version letters too small

I've purchased a print version of the 2007 version of the book from Amazon not realizing that there seems to be a pdf version.(if it's available outside U.S.). The problem is letters are too small for me to comfortably read the book(I have eye-problems), and have a bigger problem reading some light colored text appearing in screenshots. The problem would have been solved if packed with the book there was an e-copy of it or wrox provided access to proven purchasers of the book to an electronic version of it(not downloadable but readable).
Other than that if you don't want to spend your time aimlessly searching the internet for "a good css tutorial" just buy this book, period.

I'm glad you like Rich's work, we think he's excellent.

On the ebook, we don't currently have the "free ebook" with print book purchase plan you're looking for. We are looking at pricing options that make more sense for customers here. The only things I can offer at this time are the PDF ebook:
http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...470175079.html

OR
The book as part of a wrox.books24x7.com subscription.

HOWEVER, before you would purchase either of those, I'd warn you that we used an experimental process for the color coded code in this book and the colored code is actually figures, not text. So even in PDF or the subscription web version, the figures aren't resizble like text would be.

Our later 4 color books (like Silverlight 1.0) improve on this and both the print code and ebooks are more readable.
