Default stored procedures numeric parameters in ASP

How can i set the numericscale and precision of a numeric parameter in dreamweaver? Only a datatyp and length can be entered now.

It seems the Stored Procedure Server Behavior in MX doesnt do that.

Does it have to be hand coded and how?
Thanks
