Default I got the massege:The page cannot be displayed

Hi
I'm working with windows xp pro,DWMX 2004
while preview in browser, I got the messege:
Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not use '(unknown)'; file already in use.
/21/21.asp, line 8

What i need to do???
