I have set up my IIS as stated in the book, but when I go to http://localhost/localstart.asp I get this message:

"The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance."

The event log says this - "The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was 'Class not registered"

Any ideas how I can fix this please?
