Default I can't get a file called webwork.war

I'm studying webwork framework in Chapter 18.

The book says you can find a file called webwork.war when you extract zip file from webwork 1.4.

However, I coudln't find webwork 1.4 at http://opensymphony.com/webwork because 1.4 is depricated or something, so I couldn't get the war file either.

How can I get the file?
