Default WAR files for book examples

I don't see anything in the forum, so I must be the only one! When I deploy ch01 I am able to work through the examples. But ch02 doesn't work.

Why does ch01 folder have a WAR file, an index.jsp and 2 folders, but ch02 and all after just have the WAR file?

Hi, I also have the same problem. Don't know why they have not included other files for ch02 onward.
