Default Chapter 3

In the Try It Out for Searching the Online Documentation, Step 2 says Open greetings.m. Step 3 says replace main.m with the following code. Where is my main.m file, and how do I create it? Also, I can not find the API Reference link in step 6. Also in step 14, I dont have the option to choose Debug from the Build and Go menu, because It is grayed out. No steps can be done after that because I think I'm in the wrong menu. Good book so far, but a little lost. Please help.

1. In step 3, I assumed that they meant edit greetings.m, not main.m. Also, the online solutions didn't contain a main.m.
2. I also struggled to find the API reference as they described in step 6. I'm using XCode 2.4 and the documentation has changed a bit since 2005 when the book was published. I wound up searching for the method name.:(
3. I can't help with the Build & Go option as I'm way too new to XCode to be any help.

I also found some problems with Chapter 3. The biggest one I found was with the Calculator "app".

The code just doesn't match up. Somehow it magically changes in the book.

I'm left wondering if I should just skip Chapter 3 and go to Chapter 4.
