Default Where is the Readme File?

Hi,

I am new to MS SQL Server. In the Introduction chapter of this book, the author mentions a file called Readme available on this website. Could you please tell me where to find it?

Also are there any instructions on where to download and install the full product of MS SQL Server? Is this free?

Please let me know.
