Default Not getting an error when deleting row

Chapter 3
Page 77 and 78

When I do the delete statement I do not get an error message that there is a foreign key. The delete query execute and I get 1 row affected.

Now I am using SQL express 2012 (I also have 2012 entreprise. So I could move adventure works in there if that will help)

Is there something new in 2012 that will allow this behaviour?

I check the dependencies and they are OK.

Thanks for you help and BTW WROX ROCKS for books. Probably the best one on the market.
