Question Importing Data from MSAccess 2013 to SQL Server 2012

If anyone has some guidance on how to import / export a database from MSAccess 2013 to SQL Server 2012, it would be much appreciated. I would like to avoid using Sharepoint, and I believe I have to utilize SSIS within SQL Server; however, I am having trouble finding a way to access to SSIS through SQL Server. Are there preliminary steps that need to take place in order to get to SSIS? Is this even possible? Thanks ahead of time for any advice.
