Default Having Problem with CHAPTER 16 Data Binding

So far Im at the ADD button. When i press the button, an unhandled exception appears saying that au_id is not a Data Column nor a Data Relation for the Authors table. Just trying to figure out why i am getting this message, Thanks Again!!!
