Default Refedit.ctrl

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to create the Risk calculating program and for that I need Excel Sheet. I added that using MS Office spreadsheet object from toolbox. And I know I need to add also a Refedit.ctrl or something that can be as useful as that. And I don't know how to connect my sheet and that tool. I put a button on my sheet to load a Dialog1 on which is that ctrl. Please help me, i've tried a lot of stuff and don't know what to do.
