Exclamation MySql5.1 command line client

Hi, i have mysql5.1 installed on my Windows xp-sp-3,

when i configured mysql i gave a password...and configuration went well, no probs.at all. And this password also working fine in Command Line Client.

Now i want to change my password only through Command Line Client..(for Windows) how it is possible ? without copy and paste the my.ini into c"/windows, viz, want password "sandeep" changed to "gupta"

pls. tell me ?
