no mysql database included alongside test database...

Hi,

No mysql database was included alongside test database after my initial Mac OS X package installation. Instead, the preliminary database are as follows...

| Database |
+--------------------+
| information_schema |
| test |
+--------------------+

To proceed with the book, I think I should understand this issue. Any thoughts on what I should do (if anything) to add mysql database?
