How to find the test files?

I'm trying to import a table from a spreadsheet. On page 22, the book says I'm to click the Browse button to find the ORDERS.csv file. Am I supposed to download this file? If so, from where?

It will prompt you with a "Browse" button. With this, you can locate the file.

I followed the instructions and clicked Browse, but it only searches my system. It doesn't find the ORDERS.csv file. Am I supposed to download it?
