Is today Matt Doyle's 64th Birthday?

If so, Happy Birthday. I notice that nearlly all of the examples of float numbers are 8.3 and the "unusual" array index is usually 47. I'm surmising that 8.3.47 is the date our author was born. He had to create examples, right?
