Missing files in download area

There are a couple of files missing from the download area. Until that is remedied, I have temporarily made them available on my server. You can retrieve them from http://www.ultimatespin.com/wrox/files.

Currently, those files include:

Missing SQL file from chapter 6:
  chapter6.mysql

CBA Logos for chapter 14:
  CBA.gif
  CBA_Tiny.gif
  CBALogo.gif

Style sheet for chapter 15:
  forum_styles.css

Postcards for chapter 10:
  congrats.gif
  grebnok.gif
  punyearth.gif
  sympathy.gif

Thanks for the link. But the correct link for the zip with all the files needed is http://www.ultimatespin.com/wrox/files/wroxfiles.zip

Whoops. Sorry about that! I have fixed the file name now, so my link is now the correct one. I wanted to use a more specific name, in case someone out there is using filed from more than one book!

Anyone know where the img file 'thumbsup.gif' (referenced on page 131 of the book, 125 of the pdf) can be found? I tried the downloads, but couldn't find that file, unless I just didn't look in the right place.

I'm sorry but I can't download any file from that http://www.ultimatespin.com/wrox/files server, so what can I do to download the missing files, I'm most interested in forum_styles.css (chapter 15).
