As noted, the chapter6.mysql script is missing from the code download. Currently, a user has to drill down pretty far into the forum to find the missing code.

Not only that, but it turns out that the php scripts in Chapter 6 actually work just fine if you simply point them to the 'wiley' database already created in previous chapters.

Please consider creating an Errata page for this book's web site to make it a little easier for users to find and fix this error.

PS Other than that it's a very good book and I'm learning a lot from it.

We (the authors) have been submitting items for the formal errata, which should be found here: http://www.wrox.com/misc-pages/booklist.shtml but they haven't shown up yet. I'll try and track down where they are.
