ecommerse mail error

When I press the button send order(checkout2.php)i get the following errors in the checkout3.php

Warning: extract() expects first argument to be an array in c:\apache\htdocs\boek\h14\checkout3.php on line 177

Warning: Failed to Connect in c:\apache\htdocs\boek\h14\checkout3.php on line 234

Does anyone got an idea? thks
