Default register.php: clearing html form fields

Hi everyone,
I have created the register.php page as shown in chap11, and everything works fine. The thing is, when I restart my web browser
and access to register page, some field already contain data from the previous session. Is there a way to clear those fields? By the way, I tried to release all the sessions but it's not working...

Thanks,
Jay
