PHP File Doesn't Open in Browser

Instead, a File Download box pops up. When you click on Open, it opens the file in Notepad. Hey, at least it's a different error than before.

Can anyone help me open my PHP files in my browser?

You need a web server (such as IIS or Apache) and PHP installed.
