I downloaded the chapter code for Chapter 15 and it did not contain the CSS file as promised in the book. I attempted to use the FTP link but that appeared to be a dead link.
Can you help to tell me where I may obtain the .CSS file that is associated with the chapter.

The same message board code is used in chaper 16 of the book beginning php5, apache, mysql webdevelopment. Download the code for this book, the misc folder contains the forums css file.
