Default always getting header already sent

Hi guys it a bit difficult to get through this header error message on chapter 9.


Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\chapter9\char_transact.php:9) in C:\xampp\htdocs\chapter9\char_transact.php on line 157.


I will really be greatful if anyone can find a solution for it. Thanks
