I tried the simple upload script on page 369 and I am testing it on an IIS server and when I hit submit it says: is empty. So it appears that the $filename variable isn't being set at all. Any ideas?

I am testing on 2 different IIS servers, a development server and a live server. Both have global_variables set to on and it works in development, but not on production. I am thinking that maybe it is a permissions issue. Any other thoughts?

I suppose I should also mention that the production server is an intranet server within my company with very limited access so security is not a big concern and should be safe to leave global_variables on.
