Default Help with chapter 8

Been working on the menu scripts in chapter 8 and been getting the following message:
Notice: Undefined variable: ListBox1 in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\PHPSessions\menu2.php on line 17

The script dosen't define the script, or thats the way I understand it. Do I have to define the variable? and if so, why wasn't that put into the book?

There's a variable in php.ini you could change to suppress the message. It's in
Error handling and logging.
Change 'error_reporting'
from = E_ALL
to =E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
assuming you don't have a coding problem (and you're still interested...)

In menu2.php, the variable $listBox1 is getting its value from menu1.php.
First run menu1.php, select the desired option from the listbox and click on
SUBMIT button . This will open the page menu2.php without any error and then
proceed.
