Default Desperate need of help...

Hi, I have the beggining php 4 book, i also run airqualitystore.net

My question is, I have this website running on a webserver that we pay for, but in the book it tells me how to set up mysql php engine and all that, but all the info is years old, and Im using windows XP !

My q is how can i setup my own webserver!
