hi every one i have problem with mysql & php CHARACTER SET or COLLATION
my problem is that i have a table with utf8 CHARACTER SET and i can insert and alter row of colmns using PhpMyAdmin without any Problem but
it display incorrect in my own script and display questions mark for each chacter.
any help .
